Company Description StoryBrands is a US based company that designs and manufactures products designed to connect meaningfully with peoples lives The organization focuses on developing consumercentric brands that blend creativity innovation and highquality execution Team members collaborate across disciplines to bring ideas from concept to shelf in diverse markets Working at StoryBrands offers exposure to endtoend product lifecycles international business environments and opportunities to contribute to brands with realworld impact Role Description The Procurement Operations Manager is a fulltime onsite role based in Gurugram Haryana India This role oversees daytoday procurement activities including vendor sourcing negotiation and purchase order management to ensure timely and costeffective supply of goods and services Experience in FMCG such as Personal Care Fragrances Beauty Products is a must The manager coordinates closely with operations supply chain finance and product teams to align procurement plans with production schedules and business goals Responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance managing contracts optimizing inventory levels and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements The role also involves analyzing spend data identifying process improvements implementing procurement best practices and supporting strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Contract Management skills to manage vendor relationships negotiate terms and oversee agreements Candidates should possess Operations Management and Supply Chain Management skills to coordinate purchasing with production logistics and inventory planning Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate spend data assess supplier performance and support datadriven decisionmaking Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain roles within manufacturing FMCG or similar industries is beneficial Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Operations Management or a related field advanced certifications e g CPSM CSCP are an advantage Robust communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally in a fastpaced environment Proficiency with procurement and ERP systems and solid skills in spreadsheet and data analysis tools
