Job Details - Experience: 2–4 Years - Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA - Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru - Work Mode: Work from Office | 6 Days - Payroll: Land Rover Shakti Auto Cars - Reporting To: Marketing Manager - Interview: 2–3 Rounds | 1 Virtual + Final Face-to-Face - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Max 15 Days preferred Key Skills Required - Retail & Automobile Marketing - Offline Marketing & Promotions - Marketing Campaign Management - Global Retailer Marketing System (GRMS) - Marketing Asset Management - Ad Builder - Marketing Events & Customer Events - POS & Promotional Materials - Brand Guidelines & Corporate Identity - Marketing Budget & Spend Tracking - Marketing Reports & KPI Tracking - Customer Relationship Management - Customer Database Management - Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Key Responsibilities - Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing local marketing campaigns. - Deliver marketing activities in line with JLR guidelines and best practices . - Use GRMS, Marketing Asset Management and Ad Builder to customise and deliver marketing assets. - Coordinate advertising, POS materials, brochures and showroom promotional activities. - Support marketing events and customer engagement activities. - Track marketing activities, timelines, quality, costs and budgets. - Prepare and maintain marketing reports and KPI updates. - Build strong relationships with customers and support an excellent customer experience. - Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales and JLR NSC teams. - Maintain accurate customer database and visit information.
