Solution Design & Development: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of lending solutions tailored to banking and financial services clients. - Ensure seamless integration of lending systems with ERP solutions and existing banking platforms. - Drive innovative design practices to enhance system performance and efficiency. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the team. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: - Ensure lending solutions comply with industry regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Islamic banking standards. - Maintain system integrity and security while meeting regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-quality solutions. - Act as a technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: - 4 – 6 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on lending solutions in banking and financial services. - Strong domain knowledge in lending, banking, ERP solutions, and compliance (AML, Islamic banking). - Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies for lending system development. - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative solutioning skills. Skills: Stakeholder Management Experience: 4.00-6.00 Years
