Senior HR Executive- Hotel Industry (Mulund)

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant wage and labor laws. - Ensure complete statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, and other applicable regulations. - Lead the recruitment process to attract qualified candidates for hotel and industrial catering roles across various functions and levels. - Oversee onboarding processes and documentation to ensure smooth integration of new hires. - Implement HR policies and procedures that support business goals and align with industry standards. - Partner with business and operations teams to understand manpower needs and build talent pipelines accordingly. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation in alignment with audit and compliance requirements. - Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. - Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution. - Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for recruitment and compliance support when required.
