1-3 Lucknow Full-Time INR 240000 - 360000 (Annual) Job Description:- - Manage daily store operations - Achieve sales targets (walk-in + B2B) - Manage team (relationship + inside sales + warehouse) - Ensure customer experience and conversion - Maintain store inventory and display - Procurement for BOS+MMS KRA:- - Achieve Monthly and Yearly revenue at store level - Daily order fulfillment to be kept at 100% - Manage and Achieve targets of team (RM + IS + WH) - Customer Satisfaction (NPS to Improve) - Availability score to be kept above 90% - Manage Store cost (operational cost & Inventory control) at optimised level.
