SAP GRC Consultant – Corporater BMP / Archer GRC Experience: 4+ Years Platform Experience: 3+ Years of hands-on experience in SAP Corporater BMP OR Archer GRC CTC: Up to ₹21 LPA Location: Multiple Locations Employment Type: Full-Time Notice period: Immediate joiners to 30days official notice period only please Job Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with strong expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance processes and hands-on experience with Corporater BMP or Archer GRC . The role involves configuring, implementing, and optimizing GRC solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and global teams. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and translate them into GRC platform configurations. - Configure and maintain modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and data models. - Design and optimize BPMN processes, workflows, approvals, and notifications. - Configure role-based access controls, security settings, and user permissions. - Support platform customization, automation, and integrations. - Conduct testing, UAT support, deployments, and release activities. - Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides. - Collaborate with stakeholders on governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements. - Identify and recommend process and platform improvements. Required Skills - 4+ years of experience in SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) . - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Corporater BMP OR Archer GRC . - Strong understanding of: - Risk Management - Compliance Management - Internal Audit - Incident Management - Data Privacy - Experience in BPMN process design and workflow configuration . - Knowledge of low-code/no-code platform implementation. - Experience with data modeling and process architecture. - Understanding of access management, security, scalability, and performance optimization. - Experience working with international/global stakeholders and regulatory requirements. - Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms is an advantage. - Experience working in Agile environments. Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field. - Strong English communication skills. - German language proficiency is an added advantage.
