Recruitment Specialist – IT & Non-IT Location: Kochi, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–4 Years Department: Talent Acquisition Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment , with hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. You will manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across various industries while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing - Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and social media. - Perform Boolean searches to identify high-quality candidates. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for IT and Non-IT positions. Candidate Screening & Coordination - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. - Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment Management - Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions. - Post job advertisements and monitor job portal performance. - Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records. - Ensure timely closures while meeting hiring targets and SLAs. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements. - Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports. - Deliver a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience - 2–4 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment . - Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate lifecycle management. - Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex , Nvite , LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of Boolean Search techniques. - Experience using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Good working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting. Soft Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management abilities. - Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused. Preferred Skills - Experience hiring across multiple domains and industries. - Knowledge of sourcing strategies for niche and lateral hiring. - Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment. - Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.
