Business Analyst

Job Description: - Onit Inc is looking for a highly organized self-starter to join our team as a Business Analyst on the simple Legal and Contract Works products, in the legal tech SaaS industry. - Onit is known for outstanding customer support. - We are second to none in our space and are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our team. - As a member of our team, you will help to improve upon and lead our post-sale efforts for Integrations by working directly with new customers alongside the implementation manager, as well as a variety of other internal departments. - The right person in this role will be passionate about making customers successful by solving their business challenges with technical solutions. - You care about getting it done and getting it done right, and you make sure customers quickly find value and love our products. - Our Business Analysts are experts with our products and processes. - They analyze customer requirements, leverage product expertise and share best practices to help establish a customers new process and our place at the top of the legal technology space. Role and Responsibilities: - Work with an implementation manager to create requirement documents for integrations. - Assist the implementation manager in integration implementation, which includes requirement documentation, requirement gathering, integration design , UAT testing, handling issues, and change requests. - Collaborate with integration developers to ensure the deliverable matches the scope and client requirements. - Coordinate with internal resources for the smooth execution of projects. - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope. - Ensure the customer will be a positive reference to other customers/prospects. Required skills: - 3+ year of experience in business analysis. - 3-5 years of overall IT experience. - Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business requirements and expectations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Previous roles in a customer-facing environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - General understanding of programming fundamentals. - Strong team player with proven ability to work with teams across geos. - Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation proficiency. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize across several projects simultaneously. Desired skills: - REST API Experience. - Understanding of XML. - Experience with finance systems. - Experience in a B2B software environment Skills: Business Analysis, Uat Testing, Rest Apis, Xml Experience: 3.00-8.00 Years
