Technical Writer

+ Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, instructional manuals, release notes, and FAQs. + Translate complex infrastructure and platform concepts into clear, user-friendly content. + Support customer-facing documentation such as user guides and knowledge base articles. + Maintain and enhance documentation repositories, including Confluence and Git-based platforms. + Ensure consistent standards, templates, and formatting across all documentation. + Keep documentation up to date with evolving systems, ensuring accuracy and usability. + Work independently to research, develop, and complete assigned documentation projects. + Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience + Strong ability to understand, interpret, and clearly explain technical systems. + Experience working with product release cycles and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. + Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. + Familiarity with documentation authoring tools such as RoboHelp, Help & Doc, or similar. + Working knowledge of GitHub workflows, Confluence, Jira, or equivalent tools. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Proficiency in Markdown and HTML. Preferred / Good to Have + Exposure to manufacturing platforms, cable industry, or infrastructure-related domains. + Experience working with Oxygen XML Editor or similar tools. Education + Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
