Job Title: Senior Test Engineer - Automation Testing with iOS & Android (Mobile Testing) Position: Senior Test Engineer - Automation Testing with iOS & Android (Mobile Testing) Employment Type: Full Time Experience: 6-8 Years (Only) Category: Quality Assurance Testing Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST Main location: India, Telangana, Hyderabad Position ID: J0526-1139 Your future duties and responsibilities: • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. • Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing. • Test applications across Web, iOS, and Android platforms. • Validate Kafka message producers, consumers, topics, and event-driven workflows. • Perform API testing using Postman and validate RESTful services. • Execute batch job validation, including data reconciliation and file/database verification. • Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools such as Jira. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality deliverables. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Maintain automation frameworks and improve test coverage. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • 6 to 8 years of experience in Software QA and Automation Testing. • Experience testing Web, iOS, and Android applications. • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver (Java preferred). • Experience in Kafka Testing and event/message validation. • Strong API testing experience using Postman. • Experience in Batch Job Validation and backend data verification. • Strong understanding of SQL for database validation. • Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
