Your work profile As a Manager in our SRT Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - Backend Developmen t: - Proficient in Python , with strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices. - Hands-on experience with FastAPI and/or Django for backend application development and RESTful API design. - Strong experience in designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs , including API versioning and documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger. - Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth2, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Single Sign-On (SSO) . - Strong understanding of backend application architecture, error handling, logging, exception management, and performance optimization. - Experience working with package-based, modular, and scalable application structures. - Hands-on experience with unit testing and integration testing using frameworks such as pytest or unittest. - Proficient in managing Python environments using venv, conda, or pyenv . - Familiarity with modern development tools such as VS Code, PyCharm, GitHub Copilot, Cursor , and Git-based version control workflows. Frontend Developmen t: - Strong experience in frontend development using React.js and Next.js , including component-based architecture and reusable UI development. - Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive and interactive user interfaces. - Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, React Query/TanStack Query , or similar frameworks. - Strong understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Client-Side Rendering (CSR) using Next.js. - Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services. - Familiarity with modern UI frameworks and styling libraries such as Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Ant Design . - Understanding responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility best practices. - Experience writing frontend unit and component tests using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress . Databases & Data Handling: - Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL . - Proficient in writing optimized SQL queries , stored procedures, views, and performance tuning techniques. - Experience in database schema design, normalization, indexing strategies, and data migration activities. - Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Django ORM, SQLAlchemy, or equivalent . - Understanding database security, backup, recovery, and data integrity best practices. - Experience troubleshooting database performance issues and optimizing application data access layers. - Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus. DevOps and Cloud: - Hands-on experience with Docker for application containerization and deployment. - Exposure to Kubernetes for container orchestration and application scaling. - Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps . - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform . - Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP , including deployment and monitoring of applications. - Experience with source control systems such as Git , including branching, code reviews, and release management. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Azure Monitor, or Application Insights . - Understanding of deployment strategies, environment management, and application security best practices. Gen AI and AI Agents: - Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini APIs. - Experience building AI agents and copilots using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks. - Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering concepts. - Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications . - Understanding of Responsible AI, model evaluation, and AI application monitoring .
