This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 3 - 6 LPA) Min Experience: 3+ years Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India JobType: full-time Work Mode: Onsite Working Days: 5 Days Preference: Female Candidates Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Manager to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Keka HRMS, payroll coordination, labour laws, and employee lifecycle management . Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition . Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit processes. Maintain employee records and manage Keka HRMS . Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing and employee-related queries. Manage employee engagement activities and performance management. Support KRA/KPI implementation and performance reviews. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR documentation. Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations. Coordinate with management and different teams on HR-related matters. Requirements 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Manager roles. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred. Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS preferred. Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. Experience in an IT, Digital Marketing, or Service-based company is preferred.
