Collaboration Ops Engineer

Principal Responsibilities: - Provide operational and administrative support for the Collaboration infrastructure - Monitor and analyze system health, capacity and performance - Leverage ServiceNow to fulfill end user requests and resolve incidents - Work closely with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues - Analyze and improve processes through automation and workflows - Collaborate with the global infrastructure teams on projects, new services and features - Review and document existing infrastructure and procedures - Assist with escalation support for business critical systems Qualifications - Experience with M365 services (Azure AD, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Sharepoint Online) - Experience with MDM and MAM (Microsoft Intune, Blackberry UEM) - Experience with Mobile Application Development on IOS and Android - Experience with MS Intune mobile SDKs and MS App Proxy - Experience with mobile third-party application management - Minimum three years operations experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019/SE - Broad knowledge of Windows Server administration, network design, storage, load balancing - PowerShell scripting skills - Operates with moderate supervision and exercises independent judgement in problem resolution - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good team player willing to learn and participate with other Skills: Windows Server Administration, Servicenow, Network Design, Powershell Scripting, Azure Ad Experience: 4.00-6.00 Years
