Dispatch Lead

Responsibilities Strategic and Planning - Plan daily domestic dispatch orders in SAP to achieve OTDIF targets. - Prepare and share the next three days' dispatch plan with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery. - Monitor order status, identify short quantities or pending materials, and coordinate with HODs to resolve issues. - Verify production schedules against delivery dates and follow up with Plant Planners for delays. Functional / Core Responsibilities - Allocate stock for short orders in SAP in coordination with Plant Planner. - Communicate daily dispatch, short, and excess quantity information to CSR/Sales for customer awareness. - Follow up internally with Production, WIP, and Quality departments for BMR and usage decisions. - Check vehicle availability in ATS System and plan vehicle loading based on delivery dates and capacity. - Prepare delivery challans and coordinate with Document Executive for invoices, e-way bills, and other delivery documents. - Prepare daily and monthly OTDIF reports for departmental analysis. - Track transporter bills and ensure timely payment. - Coordinate customer returns with Quality Department and CSR/Sales for documentation and vehicle arrangement. - Prepare and circulate detention reports to CSR to communicate customer-related costs. Internal Process - Ensure daily short and excess reports are analyzed and shared with respective function heads. - Report daily/monthly OTDIF loss reasons to concerned departments. - Monitor delays and vehicle consolidations and report to CSR/Sales. - Ensure zero non-compliance in internal and external audits for stock allocation. - Support plant to achieve budgeted dispatch as per plan. Skills: Excel, Sap Experience: 4.00-7.00 Years
