SDE

We're looking for SDEs (India) for our client: Bessemer Venture Partners! Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain features across core product platform - Write clean, maintainable code in Java or Python with a focus on reliability and scale - Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end to end - For SDE-2 and above: contribute to system design, service architecture, and code reviews - For SDE-3: lead technical design discussions, mentor junior engineers, and own delivery across complex modules Qualifications & Skills: - Strong DSA fundamentals and problem-solving skills - Java or Python — ability to write production-quality code - For SDE-3: proven experience working on scale, system design, and distributed systems Good to have: - Springboot — backend service development - claude-code, Kafka, Postgres, Redis — experience with any of these is a strong plus - Prior experience at a product company or scale-up ( *Note: Scout is an independent candidate sourcing partner for this hiring.
