Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Installation and Configuration: Install and configure Linux systems, packages, and Ameyo software setups at client centers. - Troubleshooting: Resolve L0, L1, and L2 issues related to the product that cannot be handled by the local IT team. - Telephony Support: Manage telephony systems, including PRI and VOIP, and handle call center operations. - Client Support: Address client queries related to product setup, features, and components. - System Stability: Ensure the overall stability, maintenance, and smooth operation of the Ameyo setup. - Training: Provide training to local IT or operations teams as required. - Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the setup, perform daily backups and cleanup, and report on progress and non-compliance. - Coordination: Coordinate with the central NOC for L3 issue resolution and service requirements. - Network Management: Handle networking issues including LAN/WAN troubleshooting, and maintain knowledge of networking devices and architecture.
