This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 10 - 30 LPA) Min Experience: 3+ years Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India JobType: full-time We are looking for a React Native Developer to build high-quality, cross-platform mobile apps — delivering performant, native-like experiences on iOS and Android. What You’ll Do • Build mobile features using React Native and TypeScript • Manage state with Redux Toolkit / Zustand and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs • Work with react-navigation, Firebase, and essential RN libraries • Do basic native module integration and debug with Hermes / Flipper • Support Play Store & App Store releases; write unit/component tests • Optimize performance and follow mobile security best practices; collaborate in Agile/Scrum Requirements What You Must Have • 3–6 years building production apps with React Native and TypeScript • Solid state management (Redux Toolkit / Zustand) and API integration (REST/GraphQL) • Experience with react-navigation, Firebase, and app store deployments • Debugging/profiling with Hermes/Flipper; mobile security basics (OAuth 2.0, secure storage) • Git and CI/CD basics; strong collaboration and communication Nice to Have • Native development exposure (Swift / Kotlin); Fastlane CI/CD • AdMob / mobile ads; automated mobile testing AI Skills — Ready to Use • Use AI dev tools (GitHub Copilot) for React Native / TypeScript development • Integrate AI features into apps — LLM chat/assistants, search, and personalization via APIs • On-device ML basics (TensorFlow Lite / Core ML) and sound prompt engineering • Awareness of AI guardrails, latency, and data-privacy considerations on mobile Must-have skills React Native, Mobile, Redux Good-to-have skills Typescript, Firebase, REST API
