Role description Job Summary Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in SOLMAN ALM to manage and support SAP Solution Manager and ALM operations Job Description Manage and support SAP Solution Manager SOLMAN ALM tools and processes Ensure smooth operation and integration of ALM systems within the enterprise landscape Monitor and maintain system health and job interfaces related to SOLMAN ALM Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and optimize ALM workflows Assist in the documentation and governance of transport management and change request processes Support upgrade activities and impact analysis related to ALM solutions Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ALM tool usage and effectiveness Maintain uptodate knowledge of SOLMAN ALM features and industry best practices Roles and Responsibilities Administer and configure ChaRM workflows and transport governance within SOLMAN Maintain Test Cycle documentation and Business Process Change Analyzer BPCA records Configure and monitor System Job Interfaces for effective job scheduling and execution Integrate SOLMAN with other platforms such as SAP Cloud ALM S4HANA SIP ACS and BTP Support quarterly upgrade impact analysis and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth release management Provide operational support for SOLMAN ALM tools and troubleshoot issues as they arise Foster a documentationfirst mindset to ensure all processes and configurations are well recorded Collaborate effectively with teams across AMS and project landscapes to ensure alignment on ALM practices Skills: Sap Solution Manager, S4hana, BTP, Acs, Sip Experience: 5.00-7.00 Years
