Contact 639865 2832 URGENT HIRING – CONSULTANT DERMATOLOGIST Location: Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh Department: Dermatology, Cosmetology & Aesthetic Medicine POSITION Consultant Dermatologist (Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology) QUALIFICATION • MBBS • MD / DNB Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology • Valid State Medical Council Registration • Fellowship/Certification in Cosmetic Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatosurgery or Lasers – Preferred EXPERIENCE • Consultant: Minimum 2–5 years post-MD/DNB experience • Senior Consultant: Minimum 8–10 years post-specialisation experience • Experience in a speciality skin clinic or hospital will be preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct Dermatology OPD and diagnose/manage common and complex skin conditions • Manage acne, psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, vitiligo, fungal/bacterial/viral infections, urticaria and pigmentary disorders • Manage hair, scalp and nail disorders • Provide consultation for paediatric and geriatric dermatology cases • Evaluate and manage STI cases with appropriate counselling and referral • Provide dermatology consultations for IPD patients and coordinate multidisciplinary care • Perform dermoscopy, skin biopsy, punch biopsy, intralesional injections, cryotherapy, electrocautery, patch testing and allergy evaluation • Perform dermatosurgical procedures including skin lesion excision, mole/cyst removal, wart removal, nail surgery and scar revision • Perform aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, PRP, laser treatments and acne scar management as per expertise/credentialing • Provide Botox and dermal filler treatments where appropriately credentialed • Manage hair loss and scalp disorders, including PRP hair restoration where credentialed • Provide evidence-based counselling regarding aesthetic procedures, expected outcomes, risks and alternatives • Maintain proper informed consent and follow-up documentation for all procedures • Ensure high standards of infection control, patient safety and ethical cosmetic practice SPECIALTY SERVICES • Acne & Acne Scar Clinic • Psoriasis Clinic • Hair Loss & Hair Restoration Clinic • Pigmentary Disorder Clinic • Paediatric Dermatology • Allergy & Patch Testing • Cosmetic Dermatology • Laser Treatment Centre • Skin Rejuvenation Services QUALITY & COMPLIANCE • Follow NABH, NMC and hospital clinical policies • Maintain accurate clinical and procedural records • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement programmes • Ensure proper informed consent for all procedures • Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols • Maintain ethical standards in aesthetic and cosmetic practice SKILLS REQUIRED • Strong dermatological diagnostic and clinical management skills • Good dermoscopy and dermatosurgical skills • Experience with aesthetic and laser procedures will be an advantage • Strong knowledge of hair, scalp and nail disorders • Excellent patient counselling and communication skills • High attention to detail and procedural precision • Ethical, professional and patient-centric approach • Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team WORKING PATTERN • Full-Time Consultant • OPD & IPD Consultations • Day-Care Procedures • Minor OT Coverage • Dermatology Call Roster • Participation in departmental meetings and quality initiatives SALARY Best in Industry – Negotiable based on qualification and experience Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current salary, expected salary, notice period and details of dermatology/aesthetic procedure experience.
