Date : August 8, 2026 Experience : 5 to 16 Years Location : Gurugram Core Responsibilities · Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for analytics and reporting needs · Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets lenses dashboards and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data driven decision making · Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements leveraging features such as SAQL Salesforce Analytics Query Language and recipes · Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources including Salesforce CRM data ERP systems and other third-party applications · Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions ensuring efficient data processing storage and visualization · Conduct training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions · As Salesforce Senior Developer you are responsible for building and further developing the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in terms of automation transparency and security · Knowledge within Salesforce Flows to improve workflow automation · Knowledge of Connected Apps and Streaming API Good to Have · Tableau · Einstein AI and Chatbot Skills Mandatory Skills : CRM Analytics for Salesforce, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Skills: Salesforce, LWC Experience: 5.00-15.00 Years
