Senior Operations Manager India

We are seeking a dynamic and resultoriented Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee ScrapEcos operational functions across multiple client locations The role requires strong leadership operational expertise stakeholder management and the ability to drive process excellence while ensuring timely project execution regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Lead endtoend operational execution across multiple client locations Manage scrap procurement auctions material inspections logistics and recycling operations Ensure seamless execution of client contracts while meeting defined SLAs and operational KPIs Develop implement and continuously improve operational processes and SOPs Build and manage relationships with clients vendors recyclers transporters and other stakeholders Lead vendor onboarding performance evaluation and commercial negotiations Ensure compliance with environmental regulations statutory requirements and clientspecific policies Monitor operational performance through MIS reports dashboards and data analysis Identify operational risks resolve escalations and implement corrective actions Drive cost optimization process efficiency and operational profitability Lead mentor and develop highperforming operations teams across multiple locations Collaborate with Sales Procurement Finance Compliance and Technology teams to ensure seamless project execution Support business expansion by leading operational planning and onboarding of new projects Ensure accurate documentation audit readiness and complete traceability of operational activities Foster a culture of accountability safety continuous improvement and operational excellence Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field MBA preferred 812 years of experience in Operations Supply Chain Logistics Procurement or Manufacturing Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role Experience managing multilocation operations and crossfunctional teams Solid knowledge of operations management supply chain and logistics Proven experience in vendor management client relationship management and contract execution Excellent leadership team management and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint ERP and MIS reporting Strong communication negotiation and process improvement skills Experience in Waste Management Recycling Circular Economy Industrial Procurement Manufacturing Logistics or Environmental Services will be preferred Compensation 656 065 82 801 032 90 per year Education Bachelors Required Experience Operations management 5 years Required Procurement 6 years Required Logistics 5 years Required Location Aurangabad Maharashtra Aurangabad Required Work Location In person
