About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Senior iOS Developer (Lead) with 5+ years of experience to drive the technical direction, architecture, and deployment of our native iOS applications. In this position, you will own the end-to-end iOS development lifecycle - from architectural decisions and CI/CD pipelines to publishing releases via App Store Connect. Beyond hands-on coding, you will serve as a technical anchor, mentoring junior engineers, establishing best engineering practices, and collaborating closely with Product, Design, and QA leads to deliver robust, scalable mobile experiences. Key Responsibilities ● Technical Leadership & Architecture: Design and implement scalable, maintainable modular app architectures using modern patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture). ● Feature Development: Build high-impact iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit (where required). ● Modern Concurrency & State: Champion modern Swift practices using Combine, Async/Await, and reactive programming techniques. ● Release & DevOps Management: Fully manage App Store Connect (provisioning profiles, certificates, app submissions) and build/maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise). ● Performance & Security: Profile and optimize application performance (memory leaks, energy usage, launch time) and enforce secure coding standards. ● Mentorship & Quality: Lead code reviews, set code style guidelines, and mentor junior developers to foster continuous technical growth across the team. Requirements & Qualifications ● Experience: 5+ years of professional native iOS development experience. ● Core Mastery: Deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit. ● Asynchronous Programming: Strong experience with Combine and modern Swift Async/Await concurrency model. ● Architecture: Proven track record of designing modular, decoupled iOS architectures and reusable frameworks. ● DevOps & Store Management: Hands-on experience with automated CI/CD tools, TestFlight, build configurations, and managing the complete App Store release process. ● Networking & Data: Proficiency in RESTful/GraphQL APIs, local storage solutions (CoreData, SwiftData, or Realm), and secure keychain handling. ● Testing: Solid understanding of XCTest for Unit Testing and UI Testing.
