Senior Progress Developer

Primary skills: Technology->4GL->Progress - Lead and manage a small team of developers focused on the Progress OpenEdge back office system. - Define technical direction for system improvements, focusing on stability, maintenance, and standardisation across countries. - Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust Progress solutions. - Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of application fixes and standardisation changes. - Ensure code quality and adherence to standards. - Monitor system performance and address any issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of on-premise development processes. - Collaborate with architects and InfoSec on system status and active vulnerabilities.
