QA Jmeter, HP Loadrunner, ALM, Rally Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Job Description Preferred: At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design. At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting. At least 4 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities. Expertize in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them. Strong expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, JMeter, CA Wily Introscope. APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk. Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred. Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus. Experience in Middleware, WebServices, MQ Performance testing. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Communication and Analytical skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Qualifications Basic: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with IT.
