Principal/Sr. Principal Economist

Dream11 is seeking a highly analytical Principal/Sr. Principal Economist to join our team. If you hold a PhD in economics or a related quantitative field and have over 4 years of post-PhD experience applying advanced micro econometrics to real-world problems, you'll be instrumental in shaping our pricing strategies and optimizing our in-game economy. Your Role - Develop pricing strategies that integrate price elasticity and long-term user retention. - Design and conduct causal studies using observational and experimental data to drive key business decisions. - Own and manage the in-game economy to effectively balance liquidity. - Inform key decisions for fantasy sports experiences to drive retention. Qualifiers - PhD in economics, statistics, finance, quantitative marketing, or related fields . - 4+ years of post-PhD experience in applied economics with exposure to applied microeconometrics, empirical IO, and labor economics. - Proven experience in applying economic principles to real-world problems . - Experience in programming languages , such as Python, R, & Julia.
