Assistant Manager - Sales & Operations

Overview This role is responsible for supporting the PBNA Retail team with all sales support activities, including (but not limited to) pricing updates, small account TPM setup & maintenance, customer masterdata maintenance and customer portal update. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities - Building and maintaining TPM tactics for unplanned portfolio and settlements - Process Customer Master data and Pricing request, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements - Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and Pricing on system - Continuous improvement recommendations and implementation - Maintain SOP documentation for all activities Qualifications - Degree qualified in Business / Commerce - 3-5 years of experience in Sales/ Finance - Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience - Good Data and Analytical skills - Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills - Proactive, responsive and results driven - High attention to detail
