Senior Test Engineer

Functional & Testing Skills ? ? ? • Strong experience (3–5 years) in functional testing and UAT execution. • Ability to analyze BRD/FSD documents and derive comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. • Hands on experience in test planning, test execution, defect reporting, and defect lifecycle management. • Strong understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and UAT processes. Documentation & Reporting • Ability to prepare and maintain test progress dashboards, including executed/pending cases and defect trackers. • Proficient in documenting clear, well structured test artifacts. Communication & Coordination • Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and business users, • Ability to provide concise daily updates and escalate issues appropriately. • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. 1. Domain knowledge of KYC and CKYC processes (preferred). 2. Experience in banking or financial services applications. 3. Familiarity with common defect management tools, workflow systems, and dashboard/reporting tools. 4. Strong analytical mind set with a detail oriented approach. 5. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional teams.
