Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems that may span the entire product lifecycle or focus on particular stages. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout. - Strong expertise in designing and optimizing analog circuit layouts to meet performance and reliability standards. - Experience with layout verification and design rule checks to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements. - Ability to collaborate with design and verification teams to integrate analog layouts seamlessly into larger system designs. - Familiarity with industry-standard layout tools and methodologies to support efficient and accurate design processes. - Skilled in troubleshooting layout-related issues and providing effective solutions to maintain project timelines. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Analog Layout. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
