Validation Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities: - Interact with product owners and client users to understand business, functional, and non-functional requirements. - Author and/or review validation test plans, strategies, requirement traceability matrices, and test summary reports for product releases. - Lead, mentor, and guide testing teams for all testing activities , including system, functional, manual, automation, OQ, PQ, IQ, etc. - Ensure quality of testing and timely release of product features and validation documents. - Work in Agile/Scrum environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence . - Support internal QA team during audits for product/project documents and artifacts. Skills: System Testing, Functional Testing, Test Planning, Manual Testing, Analytical, Agile Experience: 7.00-10.00 Years
