Job Description Job Description Business Analyst – EHS /Coman Department: Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) / Coman Reports To: Key Sr. IT Manager Role Purpose Serve as a strategic liaison between the EHS function and Technology/Coman teams, ensuring that digital and analytical initiatives support regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and process optimization through data-driven and AI-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to EHS processes. - Translate operational and regulatory needs into scalable technology and analytics solutions. - Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and predictive analytics in areas such as: - Incident management - Risk monitoring - Regulatory compliance - Audits and reporting - Facilitate cross-functional workshops with EHS, IT, Data, and Compliance stakeholders. - Define KPIs and performance metrics for digital solutions. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation. - Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance standards. - Contribute to initiative prioritization using a value- and risk-based approach.
