Technical Project Manager

The Role We are seeking experienced Technical Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity and technology initiatives across enterprise environments. Working with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for delivering projects that improve security, reduce risk, and support strategic business outcomes. This is a hands-on technical project management role requiring a strong understanding of cybersecurity, ICT infrastructure, telecommunications, and enterprise technology delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity and technology projects from initiation through to completion. - Develop business cases, project plans, budgets, forecasts, and delivery roadmaps. - Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve delivery outcomes. - Establish and facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting. - Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, benefits tracking, and reporting. - Champion Agile delivery practices and support teams using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies. - Oversee Jira boards, project reporting, backlog tracking, and delivery metrics. - Ensure alignment with PMO frameworks, governance standards, and quality requirements. - Support business planning, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement activities. What You'll Need - Proven experience delivering complex ICT, infrastructure, telecommunications, or cybersecurity projects. - Strong technical project management capability with experience leading multidisciplinary teams. - Experience delivering cybersecurity or security engineering initiatives. - Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive audiences. - Experience managing budgets, forecasts, business cases, and financial reporting. - Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change control. - Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira. - Relevant project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Scrum, or Agile. - Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. - Experience within telecommunications or security-focused environments is highly desirable. - Exposure to enterprise planning and portfolio management tools is advantageous.
