SAP GTS Consultant

Job Title: SAP GTS Consultant Location: Remote Experience: 3–10 Years Notice period: Immediate or upto 30d About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) to support and enhance global trade compliance, customs, and preference management processes. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP GTS, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities · Configure, support, and enhance SAP GTS solutions across areas such as Customs Management, Compliance Management, and Preference Management . · Work on SAP GTS 11.0 and/or SAP GTS Edition for HANA (GTS-E4H) implementations and support projects. · Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP standard capabilities. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and recommend optimal solutions. · Design and propose solutions for new business requirements and enhancements to existing processes. · Identify opportunities to optimize and improve current SAP GTS processes and system functionality. · Translate functional requirements into detailed specifications for technical teams and coordinate development activities. · Conduct system testing, validate delivered solutions, and provide feedback for issue resolution. · Support deployment activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation stabilization. · Work effectively with global teams across different time zones and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications · 3– 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS . · Strong expertise in at least one or more areas: o Customs Management o Compliance Management o Preference Management · Experience working with SAP GTS 11.0 and/or SAP GTS-E4H . · Good understanding of SAP GTS business processes and integration capabilities. · Ability to evaluate business requirements and determine whether standard SAP functionality can meet business needs. · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. · Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation support. Preferred Skills · Knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and/or SAP MM (Materials Management) modules. · Exposure to technical solution design and SAP GTS integration scenarios. · Understanding of SAP development coordination and functional specification preparation. · Experience working in global delivery environments.
