Security Training & Awareness Manager

You’ll be the force behind our security culture — designing, delivering, and evolving training programs across the organization. This role mixes education, psychology, and security. What You’ll Do: - Lead company-wide security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations - Deliver onboarding and periodic compliance training (SOC 2, ISO 27001) - Partner with HR and Compliance to align training with regulatory frameworks - Maintain metrics and KPIs on training effectiveness and behavior change - Tailor training programs for engineers, business users, and leadership - Create or license engaging multimedia training content What You Bring: ● 2+ years in security awareness, L&D, communications, or cyber training roles. ● Experience with awareness platforms (KnowBe4, Ninjio, Wizer, Hoxhunt, etc.). ● Understanding of common cyber threats (phishing, social engineering, password hygiene, data protection). ● Skilled in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences. ● Experience with LMS systems and training tracking. ● Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Nice to Have ● Instructional design background (CIPD, ATD, or similar preferred). ● Experience creating videos, micro-learning modules, or graphic content. ● Familiarity with using AI (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation and ideation.
