Implementation Engineer - VOD

Key Deliverables: - Configure encoders, SSAI systems, CDNs, and AWS media services - Ensure defect-free delivery of video streams and VOD assets - Support onboarding by translating specifications into configurations - Actively debug issues and ensure quality delivery to customers Role Responsibilities: - Collaborate with PMs and Tech Leads for project execution - Participate in customer calls to understand stream requirements - Perform detailed testing before go-live signoff - Work rotational night shifts to support global customers Skills: Video Codecs Experience: 0.00-4.00 Years
