Keywords / Keyskills - Advanced knowledge of excel to produce MIS for the management. - Woking knowledge of SAP preferably in material management and sales and distribution module. Mandatory Key skills Preferably Printing and Packaging Industry Qualification: Any Graduate with Computer, Excel, SAP Basic knowledge preferred Experience: Minimum 4-6 years. (Preferably Printing and Packaging Industry) Skills Needed: - Advanced knowledge of excel to produce MIS for the management. - Woking knowledge of SAP preferably in material management and sales and distribution module. Job Description: - Will be responsible to Coordinate with our source partner regarding outsource goods. - Should coordinate with customer support team regarding orders for outsource goods. - Will be responsible for receiving the orders and production files from customer support team. - Will be responsible for releasing the orders to the concern outsource partner. - Should get the projections, forecasts from CS and communicate with OSP for pre arrangements for required RM. - Should be able to release the order to OSP in SAP system. - Will be responsible for get the all required inputs from CS team and pass the same to the concern OSP. - Should coordinate with OSP regarding Raw Material procurement, production schedules, Delivery dates according to the standard lead-time agreement. - Should act like a bridge between customer support and OSP for smooth transactions. - Should submit daily weekly monthly performance reports and review. Skills: Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Data Management, Vlookup, Data Analysis, Pivot Tables, data reporting, Mis Reporting Experience: 4.00-6.00 Years
