Job Description The Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC & Global Client Delivery is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth across the APAC region and our three Global Client Delivery locations. Leading a team of talent acquisition professionals, this role serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders, owning the end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery across a broad and complex hiring portfolio. The role plays a critical part in shaping workforce decisions, providing insight into talent market dynamics, and ensuring the organisation attracts and secures high-calibre talent in competitive markets. Through close partnership with business leaders, HR colleagues, and external talent networks, the role drives workforce planning, recruitment innovation, and operational excellence while delivering scalable, diverse, and high-quality hiring outcomes. This is a highly visible leadership position that requires strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to balance speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced global environment. Your role - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies across APAC and Global Client Delivery locations to support business growth and workforce plans. - Global Client Delivery locations: India, Philippines and Mauritius - APAC: Asia (Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Japan) and Australia - Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, driving capability, engagement and performance. - Partner with senior business leaders and HR teams to deliver strategic workforce planning and hiring solutions. - Own end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely and cost-effective hiring outcomes. - Provide market intelligence and talent insights to inform workforce decisions, hiring strategies and organisational planning. - Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and employer branding initiatives. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on recruitment strategy, talent availability and market trends. - Drive continuous improvement through recruitment innovation, process optimisation and the effective use of technology and analytics. - Champion diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates. - Manage recruitment partners and external talent suppliers to maximise quality, performance and value. - Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, using data to improve hiring effectiveness and stakeholder outcomes. - Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and recruitment governance standards across all locations. Requirements for the role - Significant talent acquisition leadership experience within complex, multinational organisations operating across multiple geographies. - Experience leading recruitment teams across multiple countries with accountability for diverse hiring portfolios. - Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and business leaders to develop workforce plans and deliver strategic hiring outcomes. - Experience driving recruitment transformation, process improvement, and Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience. - Strong track record of using recruitment data, analytics, and market intelligence to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes. - Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with competing priorities and complex stakeholder groups. - Ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior stakeholders on talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and market trends. - Proven experience building diverse talent pipelines and implementing innovative sourcing and employer branding strategies. - Experience managing external recruitment partners, talent providers, and sourcing channels to maximise hiring effectiveness, quality, and cost efficiency.
