Scrum Master

- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master - Agile role. - Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). - Experience with Agile tools Azure DevOps. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple stakeholders. - Scrum Master certification (CSM) is preferred - Good to have experience in software development or technical background - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. - Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles. - Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog. - Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity). - Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices. - Ensure transparency and alignment across cross-functional teams. - Support the team in achieving high performance and delivering value.
