Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes within ITSM frameworks. - Ability to analyze and resolve application issues effectively while maintaining service quality. - Familiarity with configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business needs. - Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Capability to work with monitoring tools and generate reports to track system performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
