Roles & Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the school's curriculum. - Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to facilitate active learning. - Foster a classroom environment conducive to learning and promote student participation. - Assess and evaluate students academic performance through tests, assignments, and oral presentations. - Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development. - Collaborate with grade-level teachers, coordinators, and parents to ensure overall student growth. - Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students. - Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs. - Manage classroom behavior and ensure discipline in alignment with school policies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (Masters preferred). - B.Ed. (Mandatory). - Minimum 2–4 years of relevant teaching experience at the middle or secondary level. - Strong command over spoken and written English. - Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and digital tools. - Passionate about teaching and working with young learners. - Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
