Job Summary The Programmatic Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, Native, and YouTube channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in programmatic buying platforms, audience targeting, campaign optimization, tracking implementation, ad operations, and performance analysis.The role requires a data-driven professional who can manage end-to-end campaign execution while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and platform partners to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution - Plan, launch, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, Native, CTV, and YouTube inventory. - Execute media buying strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs. - Build audience targeting strategies using first-party, second-party, and third-party data. - Manage campaign pacing, budgets, bid strategies, and performance optimization. Programmatic Platforms & DSP Management - Work extensively with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt, and similar platforms. - Manage audience segments, inventory selection, private marketplace (PMP) deals, and preferred deals. - Implement brand safety, viewability, fraud prevention, and targeting best practices. Ad Operations & Tracking - Configure campaign tracking, pixels, floodlights, conversion events, and attribution setups. - Coordinate ad trafficking, creative uploads, tag generation, and QA processes. - Ensure accurate implementation of measurement frameworks and campaign tracking. - Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, delivery issues, and technical campaign challenges. Performance Optimization - Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities. - Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Viewability, Completion Rate, and Conversion Rate. - Develop data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness. - Conduct A/B testing and audience performance analysis. Reporting & Analytics - Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports. - Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. - Maintain reporting dashboards using Looker Studio, GA4, and other analytics tools. - Ensure data accuracy across platforms and reporting systems. Client & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with account managers, media planners, creative teams, and analytics teams. - Present campaign performance updates and optimization strategies to clients. - Support business growth through strategic recommendations and media planning inputs. Innovation & AI Adoption - Leverage AI tools to streamline campaign analysis, reporting, audience research, and optimization processes. - Stay updated with emerging programmatic technologies, privacy regulations, and industry trends. - Continuously identify automation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills - Strong hands-on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or similar platforms. - Expertise in programmatic buying, RTB, PMP deals, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. - Strong understanding of ad serving, tagging, pixels, tracking, and attribution models. - Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), and Google Marketing Platform. - Knowledge of brand safety, viewability, fraud prevention, and privacy compliance standards. - Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities. Professional Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications - Google Marketing Platform Certifications (DV360, CM360). - Google Analytics Certification. - Experience with Data Visualization and Reporting Tools. - Exposure to Marketing Automation and AI-powered advertising solutions. - Experience handling international campaigns across multiple geographies.
