Qualification Total Experience - 7-15 years Mandatory certification: Pega CBA Mandatory Skills: Pega Product Composer System (PCS) platform knowledge in Healthcare / Insurance Industry Recommended Skills: Pega Application Design Best practices and Pega Case management capabilities Job Descriptions - At least 7 to 15 years of end to end project lifecycles as Pega Lead Business Architect ( LBA) - 7+ years of solid experience working in PEGA - 5+ years of strong experience working as PEGA LBA for PCS Application with below knowledge - PCS framework understanding - Product Template, product and plan definition and related inheritance and structure understanding in PCS - Understanding of Plan definition in PCS application for healthcare domain - 5+ years of experience working in Healthcare/Insurance domain - Must have experience in documenting business rules Assisting with the work type structure from business perspective - Experience in designing and configuring rules and flows Assisting with the development of the draft user interface and draft process flows - Strong experience in communicating with internal teams and clients Delivering user interface requirements like graphical user interfaces, screens and interface mock-ups - Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team building skills - Excellent relationship management skills - Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to express ideas, thoughts and information so that it can be understood by various audiences and meets the customers' needs - Strong organizational and time management skills - Multi-tasker full of great energy and attitude to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment - University or college degree or equivalent experience - Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, able to tailor communication style to the audience and to actively participate and influence conversations with senior executives. - An expert in the application of business analysis core competencies with at least 8 years of experience. - A strong communicator who listens and picks up on the spoken and unspoken words to excel at delivering, understanding, and interpreting messages through verbal discussions and in writing. - An expert facilitator who is skilled in negotiation with senior and executive level stakeholders. - A strategic thinker who appropriately applies a variety of planning, analysis, elicitation, modelling, and documentation techniques to accurately define and communicate requirements to help successfully deliver on initiatives. - A mentor, coach, and leader for both peers and junior colleagues to strengthen the skillsets of others. - A collaborative team member who actively engages in improving the client experience, our team, and our processes. - An expert consultant pertaining to system applications or business domains for Healthcare domain with knowledge in Product and Plan definition for Healthcare domain
