Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain optimal performance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration. - Experience in customizing and integrating software applications to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
