The ideal candidate will be responsible for underwriting and claims processing while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a strong understanding of motor insurance products and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES - Assess and underwrite motor insurance applications based on risk analysis and company guidelines. - Evaluate and process motor insurance claims to ensure fair and timely resolutions. - Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and policy management. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote motor insurance products and services. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to enhance product knowledge. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for risk assessment and claims processing. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and insurance management software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. - Knowledge of motor insurance products and related regulations in India.
