WordPress CRM Integration Developer

Working as a WordPress/CRM Developer at Navtech, you will: - Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and page layouts - Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness across devices - Manage website updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance - Build and maintain lead capture forms and landing pages, ensuring smooth data flow into the CRM - Own, configure, and maintain Navtech's CRM system — including custom fields, workflows, automations, and API level integrations - Configure custom CRM dashboards, views, and automated workflows and alerts for leadership visibility - Support sales/BD teams with deal stages, activity logs, pipeline records - Ensure CRM data quality and hygiene through structured validation and clean-up processes - Take up CRM development and automation-related tasks beyond standard configuration - Onboard team members, create SOPs, provide training Who Are We Looking For Exactly? - Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP - Experience building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins - Working knowledge of any CRM platform, such as Salesforce, or HubSpot - Experience working with APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms such as Zapier or Make - Good understanding of CRM data structures and workflow automation - Good debugging and troubleshooting skills across both website and CRM systems - Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams Why Navtech? - Yearly performance review and Appraisals. - Competitive pay package with additional bonus and benefits. - Work with US, UK and Europe based industry-renowned clients for exponential technical growth. - Opportunities to work on multiple projects. - Medical Insurance cover for self and immediate family. - Work with a culturally diverse team from different geographies.
