Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Job Title : Technical Program Manager (TPM) Experience : 6+ Years Location : Bangalore (Work from Office) Travel Requirement : Twice a month to Chennai Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Language Preference : Tamil preferred (knowledge of at least one regional language is required) Job Summary : We are looking for a technically strong Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a Software Development or QA/Testing background to drive enterprise integration and transformation programs. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with REST APIs and cloud technologies, along with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage with senior technical leaders, including CTOs. Mandatory Technical Skills : Strong Software Development or QA/Testing background, hands-on experience with REST APIs (implementation and integrations), expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), good understanding of JSON, XML, SDLC, system architecture, and experience working with SaaS/API-driven applications and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end technical programs and enterprise integrations. - Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders. - Drive requirements gathering, implementation, testing, UAT, and production go-live. - Act as the primary point of contact for customers and project escalations. - Provide technical guidance around APIs, integrations, and cloud solutions. - Identify risks and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and leadership teams. Mandatory Skills : - 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Solution Delivery. - Strong Software Development or QA/Testing background . - Hands-on experience working with REST APIs ( practical experience is mandatory ). - Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Good understanding of JSON, XML, SDLC, and system architecture . - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to interact with senior leadership, including CTOs . - Immediate to 15 days notice period. - Willingness to travel to Chennai twice a month. - Knowledge of at least one regional language ( Tamil preferred ). Good to Have : - Experience in SaaS, FinTech, API, or SDK-based environments. - Exposure to Microservices and DevOps practices. - Agile/Scrum experience. - PMP, PRINCE2, or Cloud certifications.
