Senior Test Automation Architect

Job description Key Responsibilities: - Understand project architecture and define QE strategy aligning with Alpheya and RBC standards - Lead test automation initiatives using modern frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Provar, RestAssured) - Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing - Collaborate with development teams to enable CI/CD testing practices and shift-left testing - Define and implement performance, security, and integration testing strategies - Evaluate opportunities to integrate Gen AI into QE processes test case generation, self-healing tests, intelligent defect triaging, etc. - Contribute to RFP and proposal efforts from a QE standpoint - Mentor junior testers and ensure consistent QA best practices Skills : - Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks and test architecture - Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker - Familiarity with Gen AI trends in QE space is a plus - Domain experience in Wealth/Banking is preferred - Strong communication and stakeholder management skill Skills: Rfp, Gitlab, Qa, Api Experience: 12.00-16.00 Years
