Technical Lead - PowerBuilder

Educational Qualification: - Graduate or Technical Graduate Experience: - 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead in PowerBuilder Role Overview: As a Tech Lead – PowerBuilder, you will lead technical initiatives, resolve critical product issues, and ensure seamless support for customers. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and solving technical problems, providing feedback to product development, and contributing to both customer satisfaction and internal process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Independently identify, isolate, and resolve product problems or bugs. - Research and address technical issues, including mission-critical support requests. - Provide customer and support feedback to product development regarding product features and supportability. - Resolve escalated technical issues and manage customer concerns as needed. - Participate in group projects and propose solutions for internal process issues. - Document customer software problems and general problem resolution information. - Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead in PowerBuilder. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and manage escalated technical issues. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Experience in documenting technical problems and solutions clearly.
