Role & responsibilities Job Title: Middleware Engineer L1 Location: Pune Job Description We are hiring a Middleware Engineer L1 one of our MNC company, in Pune. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L1 support for middleware environments. • Monitor and manage application servers to ensure high availability. • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within defined SLAs. • Handle incident and service requests using the ServiceNow ticketing tool. • Monitor application performance using AppDynamics. • Perform basic Linux administration and troubleshooting. • Execute SQL queries for application support and issue analysis. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2/L3 support teams. • Maintain documentation and follow operational procedures. Required Skills: • L1 Application/Middleware Support • JBoss • Apache Tomcat • ServiceNow Ticketing Tool • AppDynamics • Linux • SQL Experience: 1 years (or as per client requirement) Location: Pune
