Responsibilities: ServiceNow Development & Customization: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules. - Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, and automation using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. - Configure and manage CMDB to ensure accurate asset and configuration data. Automation & AI/ML Integration: - Implement automation solutions to streamline IT and business processes. - Leverage AI/ML capabilities in ServiceNow to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. - Continuously explore AI-enabled features to improve workflow intelligence and predictive analytics. Integration & Collaboration: - Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, business stakeholders, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Support Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective sessions. Troubleshooting & Optimization: - Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and configuration errors. - Ensure ServiceNow instances are optimized, secure, and compliant with best practices. - Provide support for production issues and assist in release management. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: - Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, workflows, and integrations. - Share knowledge with peers and mentor junior developers on best practices and coding standards. Skills: Servicenow, Javascript, Itsm, Spm, ITOM Experience: 11.00-18.00 Years
