EPM Operations

Job Description: - Hands on experience on BeyondTrust EPM. - Maintain the organization's EPM platform. - Maintain least privilege and elevation policies for Windows and macOS endpoints. - Manage allowlists, blocklists, application catalogs and custom EPM rules. - Monitor EPM dashboards for unauthorized privilege usage or suspicious elevation attempts. - Investigate privilege-related alerts and coordinate remediation with SOC/IT Security teams. - Analyze logs and produce threat insights based on application execution and privilege behavior. - Troubleshoot EPM issues for end-users and IT Support teams. - Review and process privilege elevation requests. - Prepare compliance reports for internal audits and regulatory requirements. - Ensure policies meet corporate security, compliance, and operational standards. - Maintain documentation for configurations, changes and operational procedures. - Assist in platform upgrades, policy optimization and feature enhancement. - Collaborate with security architects to enhance endpoint security posture.
